Applicable Trust Agreement definition
Applicable Trust Agreement means, (i) with respect to the Class -------------------------- A Certificates, the Class A Holders or the Class A Trustee, the Class A Trust Agreement, (ii) with respect to the Class B Certificates, the Class B Holders or the Class B Trustee, the Class B Trust Agreement, and (iii) with respect to the Class C Certificates, the Class C Holders or the Class C Trustee, the Class C Trust Agreement.
Applicable Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement, when used with respect to the Securities or the Issuer Trust, or the Exchange Trust Agreement, when used with respect to the Exchange Securities or the Exchange Issuer Trust.
Applicable Trust Agreement means either the Trust Agreement or the Exchange Trust Agreement, as the context requires.
