Applicable Study has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a)(iii).
Examples of Applicable Study in a sentence
The Offer Notice must (i) specify the name of the third party making the Third Party Offer, the price (including a cash equivalent if non-cash consideration is being offered) and the principal terms and conditions of the Third Party Offer and (ii) to the extent not previously provided to the Offeree Member, include a copy of the Applicable Study in respect of such Excluded Development/Exploration Property.
