Applicable Services FTE Rate definition
Applicable Services FTE Rate means, for all Services FTEs (on a monthly basis), (A) if the number of Services FTEs is less than or equal to seven (7), an amount equal to US$[***]; (B) if the number of Services FTEs is greater than seven (7) but less than or equal to ten (10), an amount equal to US$[***]; and (C) if the number of Services FTEs is greater than ten (10), an amount equal to US$[***]. For all purposes of this Agreement, the Applicable Services FTE Rate for a calendar month shall be determined based upon the number of Services FTEs as of the first day of that calendar month.
