Applicable Senior Notes definition
Applicable Senior Notes means, collectively, the Senior Notes maturing in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
Applicable Senior Notes. “Continuing Control Agreement”, “Note Documents”, “Noteholder”, “Note Purchase Agreement”, “Note Security Agent”, “Note Security Agreement”, “Senior Note” and “Temporary Control Agreement”.
Applicable Senior Notes means (a) with respect to the Existing 2012 Note Security Agent, the Existing 2012 Senior Notes, (b) with respect to the Existing 2013 Note Security Agent, the Existing 2013 Senior Notes, (c) with respect to the Existing 2014 Note Security Agent, the Existing 2014 Senior Notes, (d) with respect to the Existing 2015 Note Security Agent, the Existing 2015 Senior Notes, and (e) with respect to each Additional Note Security Agent, the “Additional Senior Notes” as defined in the Applicable Joinder Agreement.
