Applicable Rule definition

Applicable Rule means any and all of Buyer’s environmental, health and safety, site and other corporate policies, requirements and procedures (including, without limitation, the Guidelines for Suppliers), as amended and communicated from time to time by Buyer to Vendor or any of Vendor’s Representatives performing Services or work in connection with the Contract on premises occupied by Buyer.
Applicable Rule means any provision of law, regulatory or administrative provision, order, decree or judicial order currently in force or the future application of which is foreseeable in the countries in which the Buyer's products are marketed, at the time of delivery to the Buyer of a particular product covered by a Contract, to the extent that the Supplier is or should have been aware of them by exercising ordinary diligence.
Applicable Rule means any statute, rule or regulation regulating the procedures for seeking or obtaining authorization or approval of an entity action. The term includes this title and the provisions of prior organic laws applicable to a domestic entity and an entity action subject to this subchapter.
