Applicable Request definition
Applicable Request means a notice to ISDA, delivered in accordance with the Rules, requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve matters relating to whether a Credit Event, Potential Failure to Pay or Potential Repudiation/Moratorium has occurred with respect to a Reference Entity or an Obligation thereof.
Applicable Request means a notice to ISDA, delivered in accordance with the Rules, requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve matters relating to whether a Credit Event has occurred with respect to the Reference Entity or an Obligation thereof.
Applicable Request means a notice to the DC Secretary requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to Resolve whether an event which would constitute (i) a Credit Event for purposes of the Hypothetical Credit Derivative Transaction has occurred, (ii) a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium has occurred with respect to an Obligation of the Reference Entity and that such event occurred on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date or (iii) an event that constitutes a Potential Failure to Pay has occurred with respect to an Obligation of the Reference Entity and such event occurred on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date.
