Applicable Notice Date definition

Applicable Notice Date shall be the date that is six (6) months prior to the next anniversary date, in the event that the Employee does not desire to renew the term of this Agreement or in the event that the Employer desires not to renew this Agreement. References herein to the term of this Agreement shall refer to both such initial term and any additional or extended terms.
