Applicable Non-Interference Period definition
Applicable Non-Interference Period means the following: the greater of the one (1) year period immediately following the Employee’s cessation of employment with the Company for any reason or the time period during which the Employee is eligible to receive and/or is receiving any type of payments from the Company, severance or otherwise. This Section shall survive the expiration or termination of the Employee’s employment and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
