Applicable Location definition

Applicable Location means (i) except as provided in clause (ii), the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, ABA# ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for further credit to The Bank of Nova Scotia, New York Agency, Account #2835-17, Attention: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Reference: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇, and (ii) in the case of payments denominated in an Other Currency, the appropriate account and location set forth on Schedule I hereto, or in either case, such other location or account designated from time to time by notice from the Agent to the Borrowers and the Lenders.
