Applicable Law - Severability. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, where it is made and executed. If any terms or part of this agreement shall be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining part of such term or the validity of any other term of this agreement shall not in any way be affected. All provisions of this Agreement shall be construed to be valid and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law. Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees: The Company's rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Company's successors and assignees.
