Applicable Industrial definition

Applicable Industrial. Instrument means an industrial instrument (Award or Enterprise Agreement) that specifically applies to the employees of the Contractor and is binding on it.
Applicable Industrial. Instrument has the meaning given in Item 15 of the Schedule. Optional (award employee): Arrangement has the meaning given in clause 8.1(c) Business Day means a day on which banks are open for general banking business in Victoria, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
