Applicable Industrial. Instrument means an industrial instrument (Award or Enterprise Agreement) that specifically applies to the employees of the Contractor and is binding on it.

Optional (award employee): Arrangement has the meaning given in clause 8.1(c) Business Day means a day on which banks are open for general banking business in Victoria, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
