Applicable Environmental Legislation definition
Applicable Environmental Legislation means all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation, whether primary or secondary, national, European Union or international, applicable from time to time in the Republic, and includes laws, regulations, orders, rulings and opinions of any competent authority.
Applicable Environmental Legislation means environmental legislation, whether primary or secondary, national, European Union or international, applicable from time to time in the Republic of Croatia, and includes judgments, rulings and orders of any competent court.
