Applicable Division. As used herein, the term “Applicable Division” shall mean the NA Music Live (including Motorsports) and NA Venues
Applicable Division set forth in Section 1.01 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the language set forth therein in its entirety with the following language:
