  • This Agreement and/or any Applicable Consent Order or any other order issued by a Settling Jurisdiction set forth the entire agreement among the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements or understandings (whether in written or oral form) between American Family and the Settling Jurisdictions.

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Applicable Contract any Contract (a) under which the Company has or may acquire any rights, (b) under which the Company has or may become subject to any obligation or liability, or (c) by which the Company or any of the assets owned or used by it is or may become bound.

  • Applicable Orders means those orders or decrees of governmental authorities identified on Schedule 2 to the Opinion Support Certificate, which have been certified by officers of the General Partner as being every order or decree of any governmental authority by which the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries or any of their respective properties is bound, that is material in relation to the business, operations, affairs, financial condition, assets, or properties of the Partnership and its subsidiaries, considered as a single enterprise.   • Access Agreement means a landlord consent, bailee letter or warehouseman’s letter, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, in favor of Agent executed by such landlord, bailee or warehouseman, as applicable, for any third party location.
