Applicable Code Requirements means all laws, statutes, most recent building codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, standards, and lawful orders of all Authorities Having Jurisdiction over Judicial Council, Design Build Entity, any Subcontractor, the Project, the Site, the Work, or the performance of the Work.
