Applicable Cash Amount definition

Applicable Cash Amount means, as of any date of determination, the lowest combined balance of cash and cash equivalents that the Loan Parties had on deposit in accounts that are subject to perfected liens to secure the Obligations pursuant to control arrangements in favor of the Collateral Agent at any time during the 90 day period ending on and including such date of determination.
Applicable Cash Amount means the sum of (i) the total amount of cash proceeds to the Company from the sale of Beneficient MLP Units owned by the Company as of the Initial Transfer and, if applicable, the Beneficient MLP Units issued to the Company in exchange for the Exchangeable Note, plus (ii) the total amount of cash paid to the Company by Beneficient as a principal payment in accordance with the terms of the Beneficient Loan, plus (iii) the total amount of cash paid to the Company by Beneficient as a principal payment in accordance with the terms of the Beneficient Exchangeable Note, in each case of clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) determined immediately prior to the Maturity Date.
Applicable Cash Amount means the Base Amount plus the Designated Cash Increase, if any;
