Applicable Agencies definition

Applicable Agencies means the United States Department of Agriculture and the Small Business Administration.
Applicable Agencies means each department, agency, commission, board, office or dependent district of the City whose budget includes funding for physical improvements.

Examples of Applicable Agencies in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section 7.01(n) of the Loan Agreement, the Borrower is furnishing to you herewith the Officer’s Certificate regarding outstanding repurchase and indemnity demands by the Applicable Agencies.
