If Your original Major Appliance Product was installed by an Authorized Dealer, as stated on the same purchase receipt as the one provided through the purchase of this Service Agreement, and Your Covered Product is deemed irreparable, You will receive a replacement product pursuant to these terms and conditions.
Subject to the terms of this agreement and subject to final Product Acceptance, Gogo commits to order a minimum of four (4) XA-30K/Single Appliance Product Units for delivery upon Product Acceptance.

Where the same component of a Covered Appliance Product fails on three (3) separate occasions during the Coverage Period and we determine a fourth repair is required, at our sole discretion, we will issue an in-Store Credit in the value of the original purchase price of the Covered Appliance Product (not including taxes, delivery, other costs or exceeds the Plan’s Limit of Liability).
Within ten (10) days of the expiration or termination of any Evaluation License applicable to a Cloudian Appliance Product unit (“Appliance Return Period”), Licensee will, at its own expense, return such unit to Cloudian (to an address specified by Cloudian) undamaged and in good working order (excluding ordinary wear and tear), and free and clear of all liens and other encumbrances.
For avoidance of doubt, the foregoing warranty does not apply to any Cloudian Appliance Product unit that is provided by to Licensee for evaluation purposes unless and until such unit is purchased by Licensee.
XipLink agrees that the purchase price for the initial four XA-30K/Single Appliance Product Units shall be discounted [***] for an aggregate purchase price of [***].
Accordingly, if GE desires to purchase a Functional Substitute for Same Major Appliance Product Lines or New Major Appliances, GE shall be required to so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to make a proposal to GE to manufacture such Functional Substitute, subject to the following conditions and procedures.
