Appliance Hardware definition

Appliance Hardware means the Third Party Hardware component of the Appliance. Appliance Hardware corresponds to the Designated Server of the Appliance Software.
Appliance Hardware means Supplier hardware (including any Appliance Software) resold by Iron Mountain to Customer as set forth in the applicable Schedule.
Appliance Hardware. The physical hardware Appliance unit(s) to be delivered in accordance with the Agree- ment.

  • Appliance Differing Terms may include, among other things: a modified and/or different license grant and/or Maintenance for the Integrated Software that forms a part of the Appliance; Hardware warranty and ownership; and/or a description of available maintenance and support for Hardware and the Appliance in general.

  • Title in Appliance Hardware shall be transferred to Licensee upon the entire payment of the Price.

  • The warranty passed through to Customer will be, at a minimum, the same warranty as Iron Mountain’s Supplier receives from the applicable hardware manufacturer, and in no event will be less than the standard warranty Iron Mountain’s Supplier passes through to its direct customers purchasing the same Appliance Hardware.

  • Standard support of Appliance Hardware includes: (i) assistance related to questions on the installation and operational use of the Appliance Hardware; (ii) identification of hardware related issues; and (iii) a warm hand off to the hardware manufacturer, which is responsible for providing support for all hardware related issues in accordance with the terms of such hardware manufacturer’s support terms and conditions.

  • With respect to Appliance Hardware, Iron Mountain will transfer, pass along and upon the request of Customer, assert for the benefit of Customer any warranties of the manufacturer or other commitments or obligations of the manufacturer.

  • Any license keys provided may be used only with the specific Licensed Software, Leased Appliance, or Appliance Hardware for which it is issued and may not be used for unlicensed equipment for which Customer has not purchased Support Services.
