Apple Specification definition

Apple Specification means Apple’s XML Specification that specifies the format required for service feeds to be provided for access via Apple Products.

  • This license includes only Apple’s intellectual property rights in the Apple Specification as provided by Apple to Licensee, and only to the extent necessary to implement the Apple Specification in accordance with this license, and does not include a license to any other Apple intellectual property that may be infringed by Company’s implementation of the Apple Specification.
