Appendix to Bid definition

Appendix to Bid means the completed appendices comprised in the bid, wherever the term “Appendix to Bid” is used, this shall mean “Appendix to Technical Proposal” and/or “Appendix to Financial Proposal”, as may be appropriate.
Appendix to Bid means the appendix comprised in the form of Bid annexed to these Conditions.
Appendix to Bid means the appendix comprised in the form of tender annexed to this conditions.

More Definitions of Appendix to Bid

Appendix to Bid means the appendix comprising form annexed to the Bidding document.
Appendix to Bid or “ATB” means the completed pages of the form with the heading <Appendix to Bid> included in Part A of Section IV, ‘Bidding Forms’, which are made a part of the Bidder’s Bid.
Appendix to Bid means the completed pages of the form with the heading “Appendix to Bid” included in Section IV (Response Templates) which are made a part of the Bidder’s Bid.

  • Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Appendix means an appendix to this Agreement.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.

  • Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Price List Item means those SAP Cloud Services that are identified in the Solution Exhibit of this Agreement. The Parties may include additional Price List Items by written agreement.
