Appendix A: Statement of Work definition

Appendix A: Statement of Work means the attachment to this Contract that provides a separate statement of the work to be accomplished by Vendor under the terms and conditions of this Contract. Any changes or modifications to the original SOW under this contract will require authorization through mutual written approval of both parties.
