Appearance date definition

Appearance date means the date and time specified in a ticket when a named person may appear in court to plead not guilty to an offence.

  • The schedule of Appearances shall be mutually determined by the Company and QVC, subject to Spokesperson’s schedule; provided, however, that once dates and times for Appearances have been agreed upon and scheduled by QVC, Company shall cause Spokesperson to make such Appearances, unless Company or Spokesperson provides QVC with written notice of Spokesperson’s inability to make such Appearance at least sixty (60) days in advance of the scheduled Appearance date.

  • The ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Appearance date shall be no later than October 31 of each such year.
