App User Data definition

App User Data means all data and information transmitted to the Localytics Application from Customer’s App(s) via the Client Libraries. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Customer Data”, as used in the Agreement and herein, includes App User Data.

Examples of App User Data in a sentence

  • Customer shall be solely responsible for all App User Data collected from any end users of Customer’s App(s) as a result of Customer’s use of the Localytics Application, including the accuracy and completeness of such information.

  • Customer agrees that the Localytics offering depends on the availability of the App User Data.

  • Except for the limited rights and licenses expressly granted in the Agreement, no other license is granted, no other use is permitted, and Customer shall retain all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property and proprietary rights embodied therein) in and to the Results, and App User Data.

  • Customer shall have in place a privacy policy regarding its use of Personal Data and shall comply with all applicable laws relating to the collection and use of Personal Data and other App User Data.

  • Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the Application(s) and Customer’s use of the APMS (including without limitation Customer’s provision of App User Data to Axway (and/or the third party vendor acting on Axway’s behalf)) comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Customer shall obtain and maintain all rights required to permit the transfer of App User Data to Axway (and/or the third party vendor acting on Axway’s behalf) and to allow to Axway (and/or the third party vendor acting on Axway’s behalf) to use the App User Data pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Customer agrees not to transfer to Axway (and/or to any third party vendor acting on Axway’s behalf) any App User Data that is personally identifiable information, financial information, health information, medical information, pharmaceutical information, information regarding children under 13 years of age, or other sensitive information (for example, Social Security Numbers), or that is used to target advertising to individual devices or App Users.

  • Customer grants Axway (and its third party vendors subject to confidentiality obligations) the right to use, reproduce and distribute the Customer Data and App User Data in connection with Customer’s use of the PM.

Related to App User Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
