Bankruptcy Remote Party means each of the Seller, the Issuer, any other trust created by the Seller or any limited liability company or corporation wholly-owned by the Seller.
Special Purpose Bankruptcy Remote Entity means (x) a limited liability company that is a Single Member Bankruptcy Remote LLC or (y) a corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company which at all times since its formation and at all times thereafter
Low dose-rate remote afterloader means a brachytherapy device that remotely delivers a dose rate of less than or equal to 2 gray (200 rads) per hour at the point or surface where the dose is prescribed.
Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM. A Remote Terminal may contain active electronics such as digital loop carriers, fiber hubs, DSLAMs, etc.
Remote Affiliate means any person described in Section 57(e) in respect of any Regulated Fund (treating any registered investment company or series thereof as a BDC for this purpose) and any limited partner holding 5% or more of the relevant limited partner interests that would be a Close Affiliate but for the exclusion in that definition.
