App Platform definition

App Platform means the mobile application platform owned by the Platform Provider.
App Platform means the Android and/or iOS app (placed in Play Store and iOS app store respectively) platform developed by TCTS, and is made available to HSP Users and Patients by the HSP under this Evaluation Program. The App Platform is integrated with Care Plan based Remote Monitoring Technology Platform in the backend.

Examples of App Platform in a sentence

  • You represent that, prior to downloading the Jolt App from an App Platform, you have had the opportunity to review and understand its Usage Rules, and you warrant that you will comply with its Usage Rules.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Data and the Application Model are not part of the App Platform.

  • You agree to comply with, and your license to use the Mobile App is conditioned upon, your compliance with all applicable agreements, terms and conditions of use/service, and other policies of the applicable App Platform.

  • Each App Platform may have Additional Terms to which you must agree before downloading the Mobile App from it.

  • Weedlinks, not the App Platform, is solely responsible for the Mobile App, the content thereof, maintenance, support services, and warranty therefore, and addressing any claims relating thereto (e.g., product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement).

  • Mendix will only support the current major release and the two (2) prior major releases of the App Platform.

  • You acknowledge that these Terms concern you and Weedlinks, and not the App Platform.

  • In order to keep the App Platform running smoothly, updates and fixes are regularly released.
