App Content means all material, information, tools, content, hyperlinks, marks and logos contained in or displayed on, and all software and content which may be downloaded and/or accessed from or are made available through, the TV GO App (and/or any access thereto and/or use thereof), including:

App Content shall refer to all of the content featured or displayed on the WeBill Application, including, but not limited to information in any form, text, graphics, data, photographic images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof; and

  • Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the App, Content or services on or available through it will be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken.

  • You may not, republish any portion of the App Content on any Internet, Intranet or extranet site or incorporate the App Content in any database, compilation, archive or cache.
