Teacher Instructional Coaches (TIC) shall be jointly selected by the administration and the MTA through the APOC.

The training shall be selected and/or developed in consultation with the APOC and Retained Consultant and submitted to the United States for review and approval within 90 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
