APO Parcel definition
APO Parcel means that certain approximately thirty (30)-acre portion of the Property identified as ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ per the Towne Center South Conceptual Plan prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates, LLP and dated October 15, 1999, which APO Parcel Borrower and Grantor intend to transfer to APO for purposes of constructing a multi-family housing development pursuant to Section 221(d)(4) of the Fair Housing Act for approximately Six Million and No/100 Dollars ($6,000,000.00).
