APO Corp. Return definition
APO Corp. Return means the federal, state, local and/or foreign Tax Return, as applicable, of APO Corp. filed with respect to Taxes of any Taxable Year.
APO Corp. Return means the federal, state, local and/or foreign Tax Return, as applicable, of APO Corp. filed with respect to Taxes of any Taxable Year. “APO FC” means APO (FC), LLC, an Anguilla limited liability company, and any successor thereof.
