APMDC means Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited. It was incorporated on 24thFeb,1961 as a wholly owned undertaking of the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the development of mineral resources and promotion of minerals leased industries in Andhra Pradesh including exploration, exploitation, conservation, processing beneficiation and conversion in to value added products.

  • The failure of the JVC or its promoters to make any payments due to APMDC shall also be considered an event of appropriation.
