APM Maintenance Facility definition
APM Maintenance Facility means any discrete offline maintenance facility constructed for the benefit of the APM.

Until extended to Terminal A, the costs of guideway structures and control systems shall be separately identified and tracked by link, and the cost of each link shall be allocated equally (50%/50%) between the two terminals served by the link, except for any link to an APM Maintenance Facility, which shall be allocated entirely to the APM Maintenance Facility.
The APM Maintenance Facility shall be amortized over 10 years if the City reasonably determines that it is an interim facility and 25 years if the City reasonably determines that it is a permanent facility.
