APL Financial Statements means the consolidated statements of APL and its consolidated Subsidiaries included in the SEC Documents together, in the case of year-end statements, with reports thereon by G▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, the independent auditors of APL for the periods included therein, including in each case a consolidated balance sheet, a consolidated statement of income, a consolidated statement of stockholders’ equity and a consolidated statement of cash flows, and accompanying notes.
