APL Finance definition
APL Finance and, together with APL, the “APL Issuers”) for 6 5/8% Senior Notes due 2020 (the “Notes”) to be issued by the Targa Companies. The Notes will be guaranteed (the “Guarantees”) on a senior basis by the Guarantors. The Notes and the Guarantees together are herein referred to as the “Securities.” The execution and delivery of this Agreement is a condition to the Dealer Manager’s obligations under the Dealer Manager Agreement.
