API platform definition

API platform means the Company's Application Programming Interface ("API") that allows software or hardware devices to interface with the Company's all-in-one platform, transfer agent, issuance platform, cap table management, order management system (OMS), compliance platform, and dealroom management for the purpose of conducting securities transactions.
