API Order definition

API Order means the Order that comes into existence upon Leaseweb’s acceptance of a purchase request that has been submitted by Customer to Leaseweb through the API. The Order Confirmation for the API Order shall set forth the Services and/or Equipment Customer purchased or leased from Leaseweb and the relevant details. Bandwidth means the amount of data that is be carried from one point to another in a second, expressed in bits per second (bps).

Examples of API Order in a sentence

  • After the activation by Customer, Customer may use such Services without entering into any subsequent Web Order, Order Form or API Order.

  • If Leaseweb is willing to provide the requested Service(s) and/or Equipment, Leaseweb shall confirm such to Customer or prospect in writing, by sending (i) a Quote Sheet to Customer or (ii) (in case of a Web Order or API Order) by sending an Order Confirmation.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Trust hereby agrees that, with respect to orders received by Order Taker from an Authorized Participant through a JPMC API, Order Taker shall not be required to authenticate the individual submitting the order through any means, including an access code or User Code.

  • If Leaseweb is willing to provide the requested Service(s), Leaseweb shall confirm such to Customer or prospect in writing, by sending (i) a Quote Sheet to Customer or (ii) (in case of a Web Order or API Order) by sending an Order Confirmation.

  • If LeaseWeb is willing and able to provide the requested Service(s) and/or Equipment to Customer, LeaseWeb shall confirm such to Customer in writing, by email or by facsimile, by sending a signed Order Form to Customer or (in case of a Web Order or API Order) by sending an Order Confirmation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, each Additional API Order will be subject to all the terms of this Agreement.

  • A commencement or termination date or other terms specified in an API Order Form will govern any conflict with this Agreement.

  • These are also announced to the Customer during Web Order API Order process.

  • Subscriber shall submit an API Order Form to specify the desired Service, and a new API Order Form for any new Service it desires to receive.

  • Prior to the use of the API ordered in the Initial API Order (provided, that Seller shall only use such API after exhausting all API held by Seller prior to the Effective Date), Seller shall invoice Buyer for the applicable Product Purchase Price for Supplied Product delivered pursuant to Section 2.6 promptly following delivery of such Supplied Product.
