API Batch(es) means the quantity of active pharmaceutical ingredients produced per batch(es) actually produced by FibroGen’s then-current manufacturer.

Examples of API Batch(es) in a sentence

  • API Batches included in this initial API Rolling Forecast shall be governed under this Agreement and considered as having conformed to API lead time requirements as set forth in Section 3.3.4.

  • In the event Elanco has prepaid for API Batches that are not accounted for, in whole or in part including work in process and finished Products, at the time Elanco assumes control of manufacturing pursuant to Section 5 below, Aratana shall be obligated to reimburse Elanco for the prepaid API (other than API associated with Allocated Yield Loss) within thirty (30) days of written notice from Elanco.

  • For the finished Products released to Elanco that were manufactured from the API Batches, (i) the Adjusted API Price shall apply for the finished Product and (ii) Aratana will invoice Elanco for the finished Products in accordance with the Term Sheet except for the price adjustment reflected in (i) above, and such invoice will include a prorated credit for the prepaid API.

  • An initial [***] rolling quarterly forecast of the quantity and size of API Batches AMICUS desires WUXI BIOLOGICS to Deliver API is provided in Appendix B.

  • Payment shall be made by Elanco within thirty (30) days after Aratana provides proof that it has paid [***] for such API Batch(es).
