Section 5.19 of the AMI Disclosure Schedule hereto contains a complete and correct list and brief description of all equipment, machinery, computers, furniture, leasehold improvements, vehicles and other personal property owned or leased by API and used in the operation of the AM Division with an original cost in excess of $1,000 individually or, in the case of each lease, involve annual payments by APHI or its Subsidiaries in excess of $1,000 and all interests therein.
