Examples of APF Employees in a sentence

  • The APF Employees offered such employment (the “Offered Employees”) shall be offered employment on the terms and conditions comparable, in the aggregate, to the terms and conditions on which they are currently employed including recognizing past service with APF.

  • The adjustment shall be equal to the respective adjustment granted to corresponding APF Employees.

  • It shall not be granted if both the ECI adjustment and the locality adjustment are canceled for APF Employees.

  • Nothing contained herein will be construed to create a partnership relationship between the Parties or, the relationship of employer and employee between the Parties or between a Party and any of the other Party’s employees or agents.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, APF shall permit StarPoint and its representatives reasonable access to interview APF Employees for purposes of determining which employees shall be offered employment with StarPoint or one of its Subsidiaries after the Closing Date and shall provide StarPoint all such information as may reasonably be required to enable StarPoint to efficiently integrate the business and affairs of APF and its Subsidiaries with StarPoint at the Time of Closing.

  • APF shall be entitled to disclose the content of this provision to the APF Employees.
