  • Not later than December 31, 1993, the Borrower shall, through APEH: (i) prepare and submit to the Bank a program for training of APEH staff in the use of the new tax application systems; (ii) thereafter exchange views with the Bank on such training program; and (iii) taking into consideration the comments made by the Bank during such review, submit to the Bank the final training program not later than March 31, 1994.
