APD Trust definition
APD Trust means the APD Trust (ARSN 629 330 007) whose units are stapled to shares of APN PG. APD Trust Constitution means the constitution establishing the APD Trust as amended from time to time. APD Trust Supplemental Deed has the meaning given in the Implementation Deed.
