APC System. The fiber optic communication transmission facilities comprised entirely of the Primary Fibers and the equipment and other articles of property (other than any fiber optic cable which does not include Primary Fibers) used solely in connection with the Primary Fibers, including without limitation, any such equipment located in APC Space at SI POPs.

  • After the introduction of the new APC System in July 2011, the QSD revised the Divisional Rules and Guides for the APC assessment.

  • SEMCO hereby commits to Transportation under this Agreement all Gas purchased by ENSTAR pursuant to the contracts listed in Exhibit F other than Gas delivered to customers directly off of the KKPL pipeline through connections to the ENSTAR System prior to the connection between the KKPL pipeline and the APC System and which either (i) exist prior to the date of this Agreement or (ii) if connected after the date of this Agreement, cannot be economically served from the APC System.

  • Where available and requested by APC, SI shall provide or cause to be provided APC Space in the Common Access Areas of SI facilities along the Route Segments in New Buildings, or buildings adjacent thereto, adequate in each case to permit APC to install racks of its optronics, multiplex and associated equipment used to equip the Primary Fibers and to interconnect the APC System to the SI Network.

  • Subject to any restrictions imposed by APC's or Buyer's senior secured lenders, all proceeds of property insurance collected by APC as a result of damage caused to the APC System shall be applied to the reconstruction or repair of the APC System.

  • The Parties agree that if there are ever multiple transporters on the APC System, APC and SEMCO shall agree on the nomination and balancing provisions that shall be applicable to this Agreement and the Special Contract.

  • APC and SEMCO desire to provide for additional transportation related arrangements with respect to APC's existing Transportation Capacity on the APC System pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
