Apax Group definition

Apax Group has the meaning set forth in the Certificate.
Apax Group means Disco (Cayman) Acquisition Co. and its Affiliates (including all of its partners, officers, and employees in their capacities as such, and any private equity, investment or similar fund advised by Apax Partners LP);
Apax Group means the Apax Investor and its Affiliates.

  • The Company may assign its rights under this Section 5 to any of its Subsidiaries or to any member of the Apax Group (or its designee) so long as any Repurchase Note is issued or guaranteed by the Company.

The Company and the Stockholders shall be entitled to rely on all actions taken by Apax or such designee on behalf of the Apax Group.
