Apartment Use definition

Apartment Use means a residential use consisting of three or more dwelling units on a lot, where each dwelling unit has its principal access from a common entrance or hallway. Ground level dwelling units may have direct ground level access to the lot, street or lane.
Apartment Use. Area" is the exclusive use area of the Purchaser Apartment calculated according to the clear size and recorded in the Certificate issued to the Purchaser, including the area of the partition walls of the rooms. in the Apartment and the balcony area, the lot (if any) attached to the Apartment; excluding the wall area of the house, the dividing wall of Apartments and the floor area of the column, the technical box inside the Apartment. When calculating the balcony area, calculate the entire floor area, in case the balcony has a common wall area, calculated from the inner edge of the common wall, which is clearly shown in the approved plan of the Apartment building;

Examples of Apartment Use in a sentence

  • If the actual Apartment Use Area difference exceeds ± 0.01% (plus/minus zero point zero one percent) compared to the Apartment Use Area stated in this Contract, the Apartment Selling Price will be adjusted according to the actual measured Apartment Use Area upon handing over of the Apartment.

  • If the Apartment use area exceeds 2% (two percents) compared with the Apartment Use Area recorded in this Contract, the Apartment Selling Price shall be adjusted in corresponding to the actual Carpet Area measured at the Apartment handover time.

  • In the Apartment handover minutes, the two parties agree to specify the actual Apartment use area when handing over the Apartment, the difference of area compared to the Apartment Use Area (if any) in the signed Sale and Purchase Contract.

  • In case Apartment Use Area upon handover exceeds ±1% but within ±3%, the Parties shall adjust the Selling Price in accordance with the actual increased or decreased area.

  • If the Lessee continues to execute the Contract and pays the Rental as actual Apartment Use Area, then the Rental shall be fixed and unadjusted throughout the Lease Term.

  • If the Apartment Use Area upon handover is different within ±1% from the Apartment Use Area defined in this Contract, the Parties agree not to change the Selling Price under this Contract.

  • In case Apartment Use Area upon handover exceeds ±3%, the Parties have right to observe Article 8 of this Contract.

  • Party B is entitled to stay no more than fifteen (15)12 days in the Condotel Apartment for each calendar year from the Commencement Date (“Party B's Apartment Use Period”), the remainder of the calendar year Party B agrees to provide the Service Provider with management, operation and use of the Condotel Apartment to operate business or to rent.

  • The Apartment Use Area defined in the Certificate is determined by the area calculated based on clearance dimensions under the approved design and drawing.
