Apartment/Flats meanss residential buildings constructed in a detached or semi-detached manner being designed as Ground Floor plus more upper floors and constructed as separate dwelling unit with common staircase.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to be nor shall be construed as a grant, demise or assignment in law, of the said Apartment/Flats or of the said Project Land and Building or any part thereof.
