A&P Activities Plan definition
A&P Activities Plan means the plan presenting an estimate of A&P Activities that the Licensee is planning to put in place in the first year of the Term, attached hereto as Schedule C3 and that shall be updated each year of the Term and provided to Ferrari as part of the Business Review Report.
