AOL Group means AOL (or any holding company of it) and each subsidiary (both “holding company” and “subsidiary” as defined in the Companies Axx 0000 as amended by the Companies Act 1989) from time to time of AOL (or any holding company of it) and any company of which AOL or any of its subsidiaries owns up to fifty percent of the assets or shares from time to time, including without limitation AOL LLC., CompuServe Interactive Services Inc., CompuServe Interactive Services Limited and Netscape Communications Corporation.

Examples of AOL Group in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of Section 19.02, TWX Services shall not include any services relating to an individual’s employment with any member of the AOL Group following the Distribution Date.

  • No member of the TWX Group shall be responsible for any severance payments or benefits in respect of the termination of employment of any employee by any member of the AOL Group pursuant to this Section 2.03; provided, however, that the applicable member of the TWX Group shall be responsible for severance payments or benefits (if any) in respect of the termination of employment of any TWX Retained Employee by a member of the TWX Group following the TWX Retained Employee Transfer Time.

Related to AOL Group

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • SpinCo Employee means any individual who, immediately following the Distribution Date, will be employed by Spinco or any member of the Spinco Group in a capacity considered by Spinco to be common law employment, including active employees and employees on vacation and approved leaves of absence (including maternity, paternity, family, sick, short-term or long-term disability leave, qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves).

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Control Group means the Company and its Affiliates.

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • U.S. Employee means a person who is an employee of the Company (or of any Subsidiary) for purposes of section 422 of the Code.

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.
