AOL Documents means: (i) the Confidential Information Provider Agreement, dated as of July 28, 1995, by and between the Company and AOL, as amended; (ii) the Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement, dated as of July 28, 1995, by and among the Company Dise▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ AOL; (iii) the AOL Notes; (iv) the Stock Purchase Warrant, executed July 28, 1995, issued to AOL by the Company; (v) the Security Agreement, dated as of July 28, 1995, by and between the Company and AOL, as amended; (vi) the Employee Agreement, dated July 27, 1995, by and among the Company, Dise▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ AOL; (viii) the Second Round Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement, dated as of November 15, 1996, by and among the Company, Dise▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ AOL, as amended; and (viii) the Second Round Stock Purchase Warrant, dated November 15, 1996, issued by the Company to AOL.
