YSC agrees to provide AOCP, upon its request, any certificates of insurance showing satisfaction of these requirements.
This specifically excludes replacement of any lead curtains, conveyor belt, AOCP buttons and AOCP membrane, and other Consumables.
YSC agrees to maintain necessary records regarding all transactions for which funds received from this Contract have been expended and shall allow reasonable access to such records by representatives of AOCP up to three (3) years after the termination date of this Contract.

AOCP may terminate the Contract, in whole or in part, in the event the Legislature does not appropriate funding for some or all of the services under this Contract.
Medical expenses and/or medical care, as referenced in this section shall not be construed to include clinical evaluations or mental health treatments that are the financial responsibility of AOCP pursuant to Neb.
