  • YSC agrees to provide AOCP, upon its request, any certificates of insurance showing satisfaction of these requirements.

  • Medical expenses and/or medical care, as referenced in this section shall not be construed to include clinical evaluations or mental health treatments that are the financial responsibility of AOCP pursuant to Neb.

  • AOC means the Administrative Office of the Courts.
