AOC Costs definition
AOC Costs means that portion of Site Costs attributable to complying with a certain Administrative Order on Consent ("AOC") (Docket No. V-W-98-C-496) issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with respect to the Site, including administrative costs associated with such activities.
